What is the quoted price?
When you make a reservation you automatically get our discounted rate. The total price that appears on your reservation receipt is for your entire parking stay in accordance with the dates and times you entered (not the price per day). The “Pay Now” price on our checkout page is the amount of money that will be charged to your credit card. YOU MUST PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND PRESENT IT TO THE CASHIER TO REDEEM THE RESERVATION AND RECEIVE THE QUOTED PRICE

What times do I enter for my parking arrival and departure?
Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). For your parking departure time, please allow 30-45 minutes to retrieve your bags and return to the lot.

What if I my flight is delayed or I arrive earlier or park longer than my reservation receipt indicates?
Your total price will ultimately be based on the actual length of time you are parked. You will be charged the daily or hourly rate stated on your reservation receipt if you arrive earlier or stay longer than the dates and times you originally input. You are charged from the time you arrive at the parking lot until the time you depart the lot, not for the departure and arrival times on your airline ticket.

How do I pay?
You can pay one of two ways. You can make a reservation on our web site which will guarantee you a parking spot and give you the discounted rate. This will also, allow you to pay in full at the time of the reservation. Or when you return from your trip, you can pay by cash, major credit card or personal check (with id).

How do I get my discount?
When you make a reservation, you automatically get our discounted rate of $7.00 per day or $45.00 for the first week. Which, also is the AAA rate or senior rate.

Proof of Purchase Requirements
You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.

What is the service fee?
The service fee guarantees your reservation at the lot. Our location fills-up quickly, and through our site you receive a guaranteed space at the lot, as well as great deals on your parking rates.

How do I get to and from the airport?
Free transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport. Please allow 15 minutes for check-in and transportation to the terminal. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). After you have claimed your baggage, use the Reservation and Transportation Center telephones near exit doors. Dial 110 or use the phone number printed on your claim check to call for pick-up.

How much time should I allow to check-in and get to the airport?
The parking lots are close to the airport entrance. Please arrive 15 minutes before you want to arrive at your airport terminal. Please keep in mind that most airlines recommend arriving at your terminal 1 to 2 hours before departure time.

What if there is a change in my travel itinerary?
Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will NOT affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space. It may affect the total due upon exit from the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher or lower, based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with us. If your travel itinerary changes, your reservation will continue to be valid for a period of 7 days from your departure date as indicated on your reservation confirmation/receipt.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes. However the person’s name in the entered in the “Person Parking” field, when making a reservation, must match the credit card name.

What is your refund policy?
If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation within 7 days of your original departure date. If your trip is canceled, provide us with at least 48 hours notice before your departure date and we’ll refund the amount you paid online minus the service fee.

What should I do if I cannot print my reservation confirmation?
If you are unable to print your reservation confirmation, please notify us by email. We will arrange to email your confirmation to an alternate email address, fax, or mail you a copy. To receive a copy by mail, your departure date must be a minimum of 5 business days from today’s date.
You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.
